Client ConsultationA consultation is the second step in the process. The consultation covers the design requirements, online marketing objectives, client and company responsibility, and the development time frame. Initial ProcessThis third step involves the creation of a prototype for client approval. We will design an actual mockup. The design is based on client project specifications. |

Standard Hours of Operation
Standard hours of operation are between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding standard holidays. All support requests should be routed through support@marketingbd.com; MBD support staff will respond to these requests in a timely manner.
MBD support staff may be available for clients after-hours or on weekends by special arrangement only.
The Marketing Beyond Design office will be closed on the following holidays:

- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
